The basic entry with all essential details remains permanently free. Optional extras will follow later, such as highlighted profiles. None of it is mandatory, and there is no exclusivity.
How your venue gets into the directory
You add it yourself
Send us an email with name, address, capacity and a contact person. We create the profile and you receive access to edit it.
Or it is reported to us
We also compile venues via municipalities, church administrations and associations. A basic entry is only published once the details are confirmed by a reliable source. You can claim, correct or remove any entry at any time.

What does listing cost?
The basic listing is permanently free for all operators: being found, receiving inquiries, maintaining your own profile. Optional extras are planned for the future, such as highlighted profiles or extended calendar features. The free basic entry remains unaffected.
How is concertbase funded?
We believe transparency belongs here: during the build-up phase, the founders fund the operation themselves. In the future, concertbase will be funded through optional premium services for venues, organisers and ensembles, and through service fees for complex placements. The free basic offering for all sides remains.
Do we have to accept every inquiry?
No. You decide freely on every inquiry. Concertbase connects, but never obliges.
Who sees our contact details?
Inquiries run via the platform. We only pass on your direct contact details once you accept an inquiry.
Can we have our entry removed?
Yes, at any time. An informal email is enough and we remove the entry without further questions.
